Mega Mexican Finca Aurora is a single origin coffee sourced from Huatulco, in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. This region is known for its dramatic mountain landscapes and protected Pacific coastline, as well as for producing some of Mexico’s most respected coffees.

The coffee is grown at Finca Aurora at an altitude of between 1110 and 1250 metres above sea level. The farm benefits from a unique microclimate that supports steady growth and flavour development. During harvest, only ripe coffee cherries are handpicked to maintain quality. They are then pulped, fermented, and carefully turned by hand before being dried naturally on raised beds under the sun.

The roast profile has been developed to highlight the natural flavour characteristics of this origin. In the cup, you can expect warming spice notes balanced by tangerine sweetness, a smooth, rounded body, and a rich chocolate finish. The result is a well structured coffee that remains approachable and easy to drink.
